Who can apply6
Not more than 45 years old at the time of application
International students from the MTCP recipient countries
Obtain a minimum of Second Class Upper (Honours) or a minimum CGPA of 3.0 or equivalent at the Undergraduate level
Scanned copy of the original proof of English Language Proficiency such as IELTS (minimum total score 6) or TOEFL internet-based test (minimum total score of 60); or
Has obtained a previous degree(s) with English used as the medium of instruction
Excellent level of health certified by a doctor/ physician (Report must be valid within six (6) months from the date of application)

Must study a full-time Master’s Degree in Malaysia (preferably at public universities).
Cannot change programmes without official approval.
Must follow university rules and Malaysian laws.
This scholarship can be suspended/terminated for poor discipline or academic performance.
Students must handle and pay for their own visa application & medical checkup.
Must maintain satisfactory academic results throughout the study period.
Studies must be conducted physically in Malaysia (not online).
Cannot work part-time/full-time without permission from both the university and MTCP Secretariat.
