Who can apply5
Must be a citizen and resident of an eligible country (includes Myanmar)
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and excellent school achievements
Candidates under 30 years old are preferred
Proficiency in English (for courses taught in English)
Documents: Statement of Motivation, Letter of Recommendation, Medical Certificate, and a Police Clearance Certificate (Certificate of Good Conduct)
How to apply5
1Submit application directly to FAO through the official application route
2FAO reviews and pre-screens candidates based on submitted documents
3Selected candidates proceed to university and Ministry selection
4Complete additional exams or interviews if required
5Receive final selection from participating Hungarian universities

Commitment: Upon enrollment, students sign a Scholarship Study Contract with the Ministry of Agriculture of Hungary (MoAH)
Return Policy: Graduates are expected to return to their home country to contribute to the local agriculture sector.
International travel costs are generally not covered by the scholarship
Programs may vary slightly depending on the year and participating universities
Duration of the scholarship cannot be extended or postponed
